Kate & Co. Oxford Lane. This layout originally designed by Sophia who taught this class at Scrapbook Expo a few years ago. I changed it slightly and included the
3D stickers, and my Cricut Explore with Martha Stewart Season's Celebration Cake cartridge to cut the Happy Anniversary title.
