The Stamp Market Bear Hugs Trio Thank you card

Inspired by Kathy Racoosin and her The Daily Marker 30 Day, I have been coloring each day and playing along as she shows us what she is doing. I used it to color these adorable bears from The Stamp Market called Bear Hugs, with Copics and then added swirls like Kathy with Primacolor pencils that are very sharp.

Stampendous House Mouse Birthday Trio Card

Using my MISTI tool by My Sweet Petunia, I stamped with Memento Ink in Tuxedo black. I then colored the happy, whimsical trio of Stampendous House Mouse image called with Copic Markers. Shaded and die cut with Spellbinders Floral Ovals die, and regular oval die to make the frame.
Next, using the new blush brushes I blended with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxides so to match the coloring.
I also shaded the edge of the die cut oval doing the same with Mermaid Lagoon DO.
Last I shaded the bottom of the card with Lemon DO after adding Authentique papers for the theme. Also, after blending another piece of white Neenah cardstock with the Mermaid Lagoon and die cut it with Penny Black celebratory sentiments.

This was so fun and is going to make a great birthday card for someone special.

Creek Bank Creations Slider Hero card

LOVE making these Creek Bank Creations slider cards! I purchased these dies that make multi curves or straight and different lengths, and then a package of slider glides at Orlando Stampfest last June 2018. Have really enjoyed adding this theme to my cards ever since! Here's my Father's Day card to my loving husband, My Hero! I added a mirror card stock to frame my card and as the background for my card. Also used DCWV's Zodiac paper stack again as well!

For today's card, I used the Close to My Heart Super Boy stamp set and Thin Cuts dies, along with DCWV Zodiac paper stack.

I had never gotten to play with all my newest goodies so this was a great chance to use them!! I was so fortunate to be the winner of this fabulous new DCWV inc. stack of gorgeous papers called Zodiac and must admit, I got this stamp set just to use with it from a friend! Love friends that are great enablers!! *Wink* *Wink*
The sticker is from Paper House New York skyline sticker. It worked perfectly!! I backed it with yellow and fussy cut around it.

Graphic 45 Imagine the treasure inside Layout

Fussy cutting with scissors and EK Success craft knife, I used two sheets of the Graphic 45 Imagine paper. It became so addictive that I decided I just had to use it with these extra pics from our trip in 2017. Several layers of the cuttings were backed with 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" pop adhesive squares from 3L Scrapbook Adhesives. The cut butterfly is layered to be the tallest, and the flowers and blue ribbons even lower. Also, the large center was filled in with black cardstock, and the title was repositioned back in the place it was originally. Fussy cutting gets so addictive for me. I also added Ranger Walnut Stain Distress Ink with a blender on the edges to add some shading.
To complete the layout, I added Graphic 45 Enchanted note card due to the portrait direction and did my hidden journaling, "the treasure inside" bit, managing to tuck it directly behind the photo, and allow it to be pulled out to read. The seam binding was dyed to a blue to match the layout, and then artistically draped across the page so as to make it look naturally cascading around all of the elements. This added texture to all of the dimensions. Hope you enjoy it.
