Word Art Wednesday Guest Designer Spot With Pretty Pink Posh Christmas Card

I'm being honored again to be the guest designer on Word Art Wednesday Challenge and would love for you to come over and join in! It's the #418-419 Anything Goes Challenge!!

I used Pretty Pink Posh Penguin Pals colored with my Copic Markers. I die cut the Pretty Pink Posh Jolly die and cut out the center to put the verse for this week. Added the silver bow. The background was blended with Ranger Distress Oxide Blueprint and Peacock Feathers to look like an arctic winter. To add a 3D affect of snow I used Stampendous Thick embossing powder in white with gold. Hope you enjoy the card because I loved the experience of playing along with Word Art Wednesday's challenge this week and hope you are having a Merry Christmas and will join us if you have a chance to craft during the holidays!

Word Art Wednesday Guest Designer Spot with House Mouse

Today I have the honor of being a guest designer for Word Art Wednesday Challenge Blog.
For today's post, I am using part of the scripture that I have retyped into my Word program and made to fit the die cut frame. I wanted to depict the Gift that God lavished on us with Jesus Christ, His one and only son.  So I used the House Mouse image of the Three "Wise" Mice bringing their gifts!!

Cardmaking directions:  First I stamped the image onto Neenah #110 white cardstock which is my "go-to" paper to color with my Copic Markers. I use Memento Tuxedo Black ink with my MISTI original. I colored them with various markers and playing along with #thedailymarker30day was fun too. I chose the Spellbinders Chantilly Paper Lace Annabelle's Trousseau frame for my silver glitter paper on my Platinum 6. Spellbinders All-In-One tool is a must to get all the pieces out easily!! There's a brush at one end and a poker at the other. That comes in handy every time! My colored piece was die cut with this die as well so as to fit underneath and not show. The sentiment was printed and die cut with an Anna Griffin extra in one of die sets. Loved the shape to not take away from the lacy frame.

The paper for the background and frame are sheets of the DCWV Holiday Glitzy Glitter stack and I used just a smidgen of the stripe with the silver edge. The smaller frame was a sheet of Tonic Red mirror paper. Last I added the velvet flower from my stash to add some soft dimension to shiny glitz of the card.

I would love to hear from you and hope you are having a wonderful start of Holiday season!!

Hope you will join in on the Word Art Wednesday Challenge
