My Minds Eye Layout
My Minds Eye Layout is using their fine papers: Kate & Co. Oxford Lane. This layout originally designed by Sophia who taught this class at Scrapbook Expo a few years ago. I changed it slightly and included the 3D stickers, and my Cricut Explore with Martha Stewart Season's Celebration Cake cartridge to cut the Happy Anniversary title.
Enjoy!

Kennedy Grace Creations Summertime Sunflower
This is one of my summetime favorites, the beautiful Beautiful Bloom, Sunflower. I loved coloring it with my Copic Sketch Markers in the following: Y32, Y35, Y38 E37, E39, E59, YG11, YG13,YG17.
I fortunately have "distressed" seam binding in the perfect celery green. It actually has brown edges and is old and I thought it would be a perfect compliment to the earthy sunflower.
It's always nice to send "happy mail" that is handmade to friends to let them know how special they are to you!! Hope you are having a delightful summer, yourselves! Enjoy!!

Gina K Sympathy card
Unfortunately, we are having a few too many funerals so needed another card for a beloved co-worker. Here's my latest one: Using some Teresa Collins Damask papers from years ago, I came up with this fabulous gatefold card. It was actually a die cut envelope to start with but I was drawn to the beauty of the paper and changed it to making this card.
Embellishments are Prima Marketing red flowers, layered and Nuvo Crystal drops in white were added to the centers; 2 small Melissa Francis resin embellishments, and this wonderful die cut from white cardstock, layered twice. I centered it on the opening and glued it down on one side. The sentiment inside is from Stampin' Up and I hand wrote the rest. Hope you enjoy it.
I entered it in a contest at my recent Scraptique Scrapbook Retreat and it won 2nd place!!! I was super excited!!!
Here are challenges I am entering it in:

Krazy Kreations Rainy Day Card
Krazy Kreations is a fabulous company that design and manufacter their own outline stickers. These are the cards I created after receiving this fabulous kit that a friend had received from a Scrapbook Expo Make And Take crop. The kit included the Krazy Kreations Micro Fine white glitter paper that I used as the base of each image, and then used my Copic Sketch Markers to color. I love the idea of adding the little flowers to the already adorable little umbrellas and then shading all of them. Such fun!! The tag was 3 layers and so I matched the colors I used with that turquoise and yellow, as well as the dark blue of the background paper. The colors I chose were: B24, B32, Y35, C1, C3, C5.
Here's the Rainy Days Outline Sticker. I really suggest you try their products and also use Copics on their Glitter paper!! The possibilities are as endless as the amount of Copic colors you own.
Tip: Burnish the edges of the stickers into the Micro fine glitter paper as best you can not lay down too much ink onto the paper because it will run into the next area. Example, the little yellow flowers should be colored first so that the blue covers any run over of the yellow because of this issue. Hope that makes sense.

Kennedy Grace Creations Time To Blossom Card
Today's post is using the same products as before but with a different sketch:
So many times I go blank when I am wanting to make a quick card for someone special. Sketches for cards seems to help me get my mojo in gear and make something so remarkable because of getting my creative juices flowing!! Today's post is using Kennedy Grace Creations Time To Blossom Stamp set, which I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink in my Misti tool. Using my Cricut to make a fun shape, and mat, I cut the cute little bracket. The Get well sentiment is from Grace's Little Note Stamp set and fit perfectly!!
For coloring I used the following Copic Sketch Markers: RV04, RV11, RV21, YG06, YG93, YG 95.
I chose the Pink Passion sequins and even added one small seed bead to the sentiment bracket. Love these mixes just for that reason!
The Papers are Prima Marketing Sparkling Spring, Giselle pattern papers, and deep plum dimpled cartdstock by Bazzill.
I'm over on the Kennedy Grace Creations blog today so stop by and say "hi"!
