Upcycled Treasure Box

                                       Copic colored stamped PSX image with black Momento ink.

Using a cigar box with a curved lid and using Beacons Decoupage fast finish, I glued napkins in multilayers onto it. I had painted it first with Rangers Studio matte finish and then with white paint beforehand. Many steps and time of drying between steps, I had some pearl string to also add to the edge using Beacons 3 in 1 glue to do that.  A tulle bow and 2 Prima flowers for the lid, and Viola, a treasure box.  I also made this gift card using the same steps and copics to color it with.
