Pinkfresh Studio Full Bloom Card

Here's another Pinkfresh Studio Full Bloom Stamp and matching Pinkfresh Studio Full Bloom die paired with their Ornate Oval frame die this time done in white. This is done as an A-2 card 5 1/2' by 4 1/4". I added two strips of black eyelet ribbon along one side to make a more feminine card. Love how it all turned out!!

Pinkfresh Slimline Fancy Frame Card

Here's my newest Pinkfresh Studio Full Bloom Stamp and matching Pinkfresh Studio Full Bloom die paired with their Ornate Oval frame die. I had the idea to make a slimline card and started with a piece of Neenah Bright White cardstock cut to 8 3/4" x 7" and blended Distress Oxide with a blender brush after folding it over using my We R Memory Keepers small score board.

Hugs House Mouse Card

With the House Mouse challenge of stitching, I tried my hand at running twine through the Spellbinder's Hemstitch oval die. I found this lovely pattern paper from Simple Stories that features quilting, and added the Hugs die doubled and off-set as to show a shadow. The image is the House Mouse Teddy Friend and the two of them look so dear! We all need a lot of hugs now a days but no one is seeing each other much less hugging one another, so this will go to someone that needs to feel one none-the-less. I added a bit of trim from my huge stash with red tape to tack it down. Hope you feel a big "hug" too from me to you!

Fancy Pants Beach Layout

Fancy Pants papers I have had in my stash from years ago were used in this layout. After participating in a Virtual Crop that had a sketch, I pulled them out to do this fast layout of a few pics of a Girlfriends' weekend retreat of scrapbooking. You can see we spent time in the Jacuzzi and eating out!! It was in Daytona Beach, FL and we had a blast, of course!! I followed the sketch and added the flowers as asked. I kinda liked it after done, and hope I'll take more shots of the ocean which was beautiful the whole time we were there!! LOL!! Funny how I seem to forget to take pics of gorgeous natural beauty while I'm enjoying taking it in!!!! Living in the moment I guess!!
Papers are from Fancy Pants Designs from 2004-2009 sometime. Prima Marketing flowers from a bag. Nuvo drops in English Mustard, and Blue, and some blue bling.

Recollections Mother's Day 2019 layout

Using the Recollections papers, I fussy cut the glittered parts away from the regular pattern paper. After all were apart I had 5 different pieces from 3 different papers. Then I "weaved them back together to appear as if it were just 2 for this double pager. It was a real trick to weave the pattern papers so they perfectly matched up.  I then made the right page's photo mats, adding some scallop lace to one for texture against all the glitter. I matched a Bazzill cardstock to the peachy floral in my background papers, and matted all the photos to bring them into unity. My scrapbook friend had had the "Mother's Day" die that I had already die cut previously and I applied that on the journal block already apart of the paper. Adding a tied glitzy tulle for added texture and glitter on an already glitzy layout seemed appropriate to finish it off! Still needing to journal our 2019 Mother's Day celebration but feeling like I achieved my goal of showing how grateful I am for the rich blessing of being a Mother to these two amazing sons and wife to my wonderful husband!! It is nice to make a layout of eating out when we weren't able to for 2020's Mother's Day.
Supples: Recollections Bird Glitter Border; My Minds eye glitter paper;

Double D Challenge: Use your scraps-I did by piecing all the papers together, as well as the mats.
