Altenew Fantasy Floral Love

Just received my newest Altenew order with the new Mega Love die, and had to use it right away! After die cutting it out in white, I covered the piece with a Versamark, and sprinkled with Hero arts gold embossing powder and heat embossed. Viola'! Gorgeous die cut! Now for the flower petals I went away from the pinks and chose the Deep Blue Seas inks, and blended the ink cubes onto white cardstock. Same for the Tropical Green ink for the leaves.  The new You and Me mini stamp set had the "Always and Forever" sentiment to match. I love this for my loved ones, as well as an upcoming wedding.
Tons of Altenew products and am loving this in the deep blue especially! The Love die and the You and Me stamp are new to me and loving these items! Enjoy!

Photoplay Layout

Using just sheets of several different Photoplay papers I pieced this layout together through scraplifting another like it from my Pinterest Boards. Altenew Fantasy Floral Card

LOVE my newest addition to my Altenew stash, their Fantasy Floral 3D die set! I used their Altenew Enchanted Garden and

Since I love coloring and playing along with Kathy and #Thedailymarker30day, I used the mini cubes of ink to color on small sheets for each color using Neenah #110 pound cardstock. Altenew inks go on so smooth and leave such rich colors! Wow, so easy to spread across the papers! I then die cut each of the petals and leaves out and compsed a pretty little scene. To finish it off, I added the sentiment with Tsukineko Versamark ink pad, and Hero Arts Silver Embossing Powder.

Happy Galentines Day!

For Galentines Day this year, my girlfriend and I drove 2 hours to go to the Winter Stampfest in New Port Richey, Florida. We had so much fun!!! Here's Lee Ann and I posing so as to get at least one photo of US in the whole day!!

Met up with Pocono Pam from our Social Media groups. She's far right. And met her friend, Raccyn.
Creek Bank Creations has been one of my favorite shops at the past Stampfest's and this was great to get my picture with Julie Creek who owns it! She's so sweet and fun!! Love learning all the tricks from her demo's! They have an online store: CBC and a great Youtube channel to show you her "Paper Sandwich".
Here's one of my newest product buys, the Scrolled Heart die, and a card she made with it! Love this!
For Lunch, we ate at local Coffee Cafe called
East Main Street Coffee Shop. They had Keto breads made fresh as well as other that were glutton free!! We had the Keto cheese biscuit with egg and ham sandwich. It was filling and delicious!! ( Note: I should've taken a pic, but I dove right in, and it was gone before I thought of that). That helped so we could go back to the convention, around the corner and continue to shop! This guy bakes his breads homemade and everything was delicious! Our treat was that they had a band playing for the lunch customers, and it made it an even better delight! All, and all, we had a fabulous Galentines Day, celebrated the Saturday before Valentines and brought tons of goodies home to play with! After getting back to my house, we stayed up till midnight and though we were exhausted, managed to get a few cards made with the new supplies! Yeah!!

Creek Bank Creations Clear Foam Tape
Using stickers I already had, I put powder on the sticker side to De-stick them first. I used another die to cut out a small heart to make into a shaker. Now, the best new product I have found is this CBC Clear Foam Tape that has sticky on both sides and is easier than others to wrap around a hard shape like the heart. It made this so much easier!!! And when you look from the front side it does not show anything since it is clear.
The next shaker was even easier than that due to the rectangle shape! The frame to cover was a Pretty Pink Posh die cut out of white cardstock.

                                                               Glittered Scroll Heart
For the glittered Scroll Heart: First take a piece of copy paper of cardstock that is thin, and adhere it to the 6 inch roll of adhesive as seen here:
After cutting it from the roll, and flip it over and stick the other paper sidedown. She called it a "Paper sandwich". Here's her video  Next, I cut a piece of pink paper and adhered to the roll of Super Sticky tape and cut it away. No need to add more tape to this one since it will be on top.
I die cut the larger heart out of the "paper sandwich". Note:  I used my Platinum 6 and had no problem die cutting through the paper sandwich! But of course, use washi tape of painter's tape to hold it in place as seen here.
After die cutting the white heart out, take one side of the adhesive off one side.  Using Un-Du Adhesive Remover, put some of the liquid onto the adhesive and then take the pink scroll heart die cut piece and add it to it. This is the trick so that you can move the pink heart around till it is in place and then you have it down correctly. Pretty cool, right!?
Adding the Pixie dust (very fine glitter) is easy with the CBC Puffer! (See pic above) Before starting this,  add the Pixie dust to the inside of the Pixie Puffer. Now you are ready. I used a coffee filter or you can do it right into your trash can for less clean up!!! Wait for the Un-du to dry and the adhesive regains the stickiness. Now put the pink heart sandwiched to the adhesive onto a coffee filter, and "PUFF" the dust once or twice. Not much is needed. Using your finger moving across the glitter to fill it in to every crevice and insure that the glitter is all adhered. Viola'!!! That's it! So easy when you have the right tools! Now  I am literally glittering everything!!!! Love all the ways I can use this with glitter!!
