House Mouse Birthday Card

Here is my card I am playing with today. This is the birthday mouse from the Mini clear set. I have a few of them but not the whole set and this one is a great little guy for so many occasions! I colored him with my COPIC markers in these shades: E00,E11,E33,E35,RV02,RV55,C1,C3 and then fussy cut him out. Nuvo Raspberry Crystal drops were added to his hat for dimension.
The card is totally from Creek Bank Creations using their design and products: Creek Bank Creations Stitched Rectangle and Stitched Label dies, Happy Birthday stamp, Outline Letter Alphabet die, Pixie Dust with puffer to make this adorable card. Also the pink ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon from one of their monthly packs. It can be found in several packs here and here. I am so thrilled to have another adorable birthday card in my stash with so many happening soon!! Thank you for all of your support and hope my card brings a smile on your face!

Word Art Wednesday Guest Spot for Jan. 20th.

I am so grateful to be guest designing with Word Art Wednesday Challenge Blog this week.
I made this project using this verse given as a free digi on their blog. I hope you enjoy the project and verse.
Using the Teresa Collins Document papers, I made this cute little mini album using a Zutter Bind-it-All with O-wires. I added some red cardstock that I dry embossed to add some texture and make ready for photos to me added. It came together rather quickly. Next, I chose a Stampendous House Mouse image of the two loving mice with their Entwined Tails, which is the name of image. I colored them in Copic Sketch markers: E00, E11, E33, E35, E39, C1,C3. The circle hearts die was given to me as a gift from my son and I am unaware of which company is from. The larger circle is from Spellbinders Beaded Circle die.

I added a flip hinge and viola' it opens to reveal the verse. I added stop with the bow that holds the top layer shut and yet can be easily opened. The bow is May Arts natural twine that I colored with my Copic R29 marker.

This week is sponsored by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps-Winner has choice of either TWO stamp sets or One stamp set and one die. Good luck and can't wait to see what you make!

Creek Bank Creations Faith Based Sentiment Card

Using the Stampendous House Mouse Nurse Mouse for another Get Well Card for a friend's brother this time. I used Creek Bank Creations Sentiment Stamp set called Come to Me. The House Mouse images were colored with copic sketch markers: C1, C3, C5, C7, C9, B01, BG11, BG10, R00, R24, R29, E00, E11, E33, E35, W2, W4.
Happy New Year 2021! To get into the spirit of using items I haven't used either in a long time, or never used I chose these items: Dies: Pretty Pink Posh Celebrate die for the small scallop rectangle for the sentiment. The smallest circle dies as well as the largest one and using two together to make the little red circle. Stamps: The Creek Bank Creations Come to Me. Stickers: Mrs. Grossman's hearts, hot water bottle and ice pack. Hope all of you are staying safe and well!!

House Mouse Hugs Get Well Card

Using the Stampendous House Mouse Nurse Mouse for a quick Get Well Card for a friend's mother who just had emergency surgery on New Years Eve!!! The turquoise paper is a gorgeous sparkly color to match the stethoscope for a big punch of color to lift her spirits! I included one of my most favorite Bible verses that reminds me to lean into God during troubling times:

Matthew 11: 28-29 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

The challenge for House Mouse this go round is for "New beginnings" but I feel with all of us still not hugging much less seeing each other as before Covid, sending many "snail mail hugs" as possible is my plan for this new year! Letting people know that they are thought of and loved! I let my friend know that I had sent this and it blessed her especially since she is unable to travel to see her mother in another state!!

The House Mouse images were colored with copic sketch markers: C1, C3, C5, C7, C9, B01, BG11, BG10, R00, R24, R29, E00, E11, E33, E35, W2, W4.
