House Mouse Buffalo Bills Football Card

 

Using a this Game Day House Mouse stamp again was on my list due to making a card for one of my old friends that loves the Buffalo Bills and is having a birthday soon. I stamped the image with my MISTI, and again used Janelle Stollfus' card as my inspiration. I didn't use all of her colors but similar ones. The Celebrate is a Waffle Flower die using the blue paper. The symbol was copied from the internet onto photo paper and fussy cut out and popped up to add dimension. Hope you are having a fabulous fall!

House Mouse Christmas fold card

 

Using the House Mouse Mint Swing stamp, I stamped with Picket Fence Hybrid black ink and my MISTI and made several images. I colored with copic markers: E00,E21,E33,E53;and Prisma Colored pencils:908,909,922,924,946,1084. I then cut the images down and made a Double Z fold card using Karen Aicken's video. I used Bazzill cardstocks in Red Card Shop, and Carta Bella 6x6 pad of "Christmas Wonderland" (beautiful vintage style from 2015) papers mixing and matching. Using my We R Memories small scoreboard and Fiskars 12" trimmer to cut and score the lines of every paper, it came together nicely. The "Merry Christmas" is a Sizzix die that I used with all of my left over cardstock from the cards. I am able to do most of this while recouping from my foot surgery in a reclined position. Amazing how clever we get!! I hope you enjoy my early Christmas card and now I'm 3 cards more in my Christmas Card stash!!

Family Fun Layout

 Using older Reminisce Papers, I fussy cut and put these 2006 pics on a page!! Love that I found them and now they are scrapped!! The fun Sunshine circle and the "Family" chipboard are from MAMBI, an older scrapbooking business. I started this that year and found it and put it together! So happy to remember these happy summer days of long ago.

Christmas Mouse Tag Double Z Fold Cards

 

More of the House Mouse Cards and as you can see, I have a new to me stamp image and was thrilled to get to use it for this year’s Christmas cards!! Used Copics and Prismacolor pencils. I added ribbon as per the challenge and I really liked how it looks!! So adorable!! 

The stamp image is called Mouse Tag.

This is a double z fold card. I cut one piece of green cardstock and then another smaller red cardstock. The papers are the last of the pattern papers of a 6x6 pad so feel really good that I'm in a "use what I have mode" still!! But don't worry, I cut them ALL up so as to use every inch so there is more to post!! Yay!! Isn't it amazing hoe much stuff we have and yet run out of certain colors and materials like green and red cardstock!

Crate Paper Happy Birthday

I used an older collection by Crate Paper put out by Maggie Holmes called Confetti, and the pattern paper was Surprise. The collection had Wood pieces and used Birthday, hat, and stars. Sticker pieces as well from this same collection. The pink card is My Mind's Eye My Story Journal Cards. The pink top was a pink paper used with a Fiskars border punch called running water .

October Afternoon Flea Market Layout

 Using this sketch and tons of pics from our 2017 Webster Flea Market trip, I put together this fabulous layout!! I had ordered the photos on a special deal that made them all 4" square so cut all of them down to 3"x4", 2"x2", 3"X3". By the way, Florida Markets have tons of orchids and this one especially. We bought this gorgeous yellow cattleya that has the beautiful fragrance too. The other orchids were also purchases we made. The Market has a huge acre lot in the back for antiques but we pretty much found delicious fruit, vegetables, and this glass cake plate. On the way home we stopped at the Rainbow Diner in Groveland, FL and had the pictured Country Fried Steak and vegetables and fresh homemade donuts! Yum!! Unfortunately, I didn't get any of my hubby and I together at the Market!! Great pictures of fabulous items that memorialized the memories! It was great getting them on a layout!

I used October Afternoon Farm Fresh Hay Barn (strips) and Farmhouse (yellow dot and turquoise floral) paper. The embellishments are from 3 sticker sheets: Echo Park The Story of Christmas alphas (title); Simple Stories Summer Farmhouse combo; Simple Stories Homegrown. I used from my stash: Red Lace, Green and yellow ric rack, Green twine, Green from from My Mind's Eye Kate. Two border punches: Martha Stewart 3 dot, and Stampin' Up scallop. Washi tapes: 2 thin ones: turquoise and one brown stripe; black gingham.

4th of July Layout

Today, I used a sketch featured on A Cherry On Top website, as seen above. I used everything from my stash and Echo Park Paper Company's America papers. The God Bless America journal square is from another of their collections and was left over and already cut so I don't know which collection. The stars are throughout the layout and the ones on that square are from CTMH. Used these rub-on letters too. The banner across the bottom is Washi tape. All of the banners are from fussy cutting paper from this collection. The thick flag is from a button collection. Everything is from my stash. And I have a huge stash!!! Therefore, I am trying to use it up but as you can see, that's almost impossible!

Photoplay Wild Side Layout

 I used Photoplay Paper collection called Wild Side for the birthday celebration of my husband. I fussy cut the giraffe and then added the twine looped for the mane and braided yellow for the tail. I added more twine along the main picture and stapled it into place. Let's just say this was a fun collection to play with!! I have more if I can get to them!

Simple Stories Love & Joy Double Layout

Well, I am finally getting this one done!! Used Simple Stories Vintage Cottage Fields collection with chipboard. The Mother's journal is a rub on from my stash I'd save for such a place as this. I arranged a ton of flowers on the edges that are all from Hobby Lobby and from a previous clearance sale that they had. Love these papers!!

Poppy Stamps Fall Home "Hello"

 

Good morning! I am a Guest Designer over on Poppy Stamps and I am using the new Poppy Stamps House that just came out! It's called Neighborhood Home Pop Up Easel Set, Style 2375. It comes with 7 dies in all and cuts out 13 designs. The curtains are included as well as the flower boxes which is the only die I did not use. For the easel part, I wanted to have a stop, so I used the Poppy Stamps, Luscious Hello, Style 2193. I cut 3 in white, orange and yellow to make one that looks like our fall favorite, Candy Corn. I also added the Little Pointy Picket Gate Style 2354 in white with Vintage Photo distress ink added for shading. The house itself is also inked with Dusty Concord distress Ink around the edges.

 I used all of the fun colors of Purple, orange, yellow, and copper specialty paper. To make cutting and gluing easier, I added adhesive to the back of the cardstocks prior to die cutting them. For fun, I added satin pumpkin ribbon which I used 2 in the lower windows, and one on the Hello.
