Graphic 45 A Ladies Diary card

Using the front page of the Graphic 45 A Ladies Diary collection I cut it down and added some other fussy cut another sheet with the clocks. The picture totally reminds me of the spirit of the woman this is for. I really hope it reminds her she is loved. The 100 is cut from Spellbinder's Filigree numbers by Becca Feeken cut from Bazzill Lakeshore cardstock. The Prima Flowers were added and then a few other details like the white filigree butterfly in my stash and the turquoise bling on the front and inside.

Graphic 45 Enchanted Forest with Die Cuts with a view Castle and Knight

We scrapbookers hang on to things!! I purchased these old Die Cuts with a View (DCWV) Castle and Silver Knight recently from a lady's garage sale. I knew that I had gone to the museum at the Bishop's Residence in Passau, Germany and thought that they would be great on my page for that. Unfortunately, I had ton more pics that didn't make the cut including the ones of the armor which was present in the museum. Great use to remind me of what we saw there though there weren't pics on the page. I used the Graphic 45 Enchanted Forest collection so as to keep the theme with most of the towns of Germany having that connection.

Graphic 45 Home Sweet Home "Sweet" Layout

Using the A Cherry On Top weekly Sketch #394, I put this together with Graphic 45 Home Sweet Home collection. The 2 sheets I chose were: Farmer's Market (which was perfect for the layout I was doing!!) for the blue, as well as, the yellow pp; the "stamps" and "seed packets" out of Country Life Paper. I also used a Tag from the Tags and Pockets. Used the large chipboard quilted circle from the Decorative Chipboard set. Used the back of the quilted pp for the blue for the center of it, and added small red letters from and Echo Park Christmas letters. I added Walnut ink around all of the edges.

The Layout is of my sister and I who live 4 hours away from each other and our meet up at Webster Farmer's and Flea market. We do this during the year to shop and eat together and just catch up. We both bought the tons of the vegetables as pictured. The vegetable row at the market can be seen in the background of our selfie pic. Combined with ACOT's Sketch #394, and Graphic 45 Fall challenge #G45fall. This is what fall looks like in Florida!! Enjoy!

Sweet Sister Graphic 45 Home Sweet Home Layout

Using the A Cherry On Top weekly Sketch #393, I put this together with Graphic 45 Home Sweet Home collection. The 5 sheets I chose were the first cover sheet called Home Sweet Home; Garden Fresh to fussy cut the flowers out; Apple Pie where I again fussy cut the flower tag; Granny's quilt which is the paper behind the selfie pic. I also used a piece from the Tags and Pockets. I added Walnut ink around all of the edges and red buttons as well.

The Layout is of my sister and I who live 4 hours away from each other and our meet up at Webster Farmer's and Flea market. We do this during the year to shop and eat together and just catch up. We both bought the beautiful orchids which led me to use those in a picture. The vegetables at the market can be seen in the background of our selfie pic. The quote says it all, that it is refreshing to be together. I will journal more when I have a chance. Combined with ACOT's Sketch #393, and Graphic 45 Fall challenge #G45fall. This is what fall looks like in Florida!! Enjoy!

Scraptique "Twas the Night Before Christmas" Graphic 45 Layout

I used the Scraptique "Twas the Night Before Christmas" Graphic 45 Layout Love her kits and you get more bang for your buck because she has designs and gorgeous papers! Love this paper line but her design used them and got 6 photos all scrapped!! I always have left over from years gone by and these kits get them finished quickly and look gorgeous, in my opinion. Yes, she tends to have fussy cutting but I'm game for it. Hope this helps you and she also attends the Scrapbook and Stamp Expos in Orlando, FL. She will be having a crop at a nearby hotel this year, 2024 so check it out!! Scraptique Events Her FB page has more about all of the crops and such because she has them in Estero/Ft.Myers, FL, Deerfield Beach, FL, Orlando, FL, Buffalo, NY, and Michigan has been added. I can't even keep up!!

Graphic 45 Tropical Travelogue Mixed Media Layout

Using the Graphic 45 Tropical Travelogue Collection, I fussy cut out the elements that I had wanted to showcase some of the snorkeling photos we had taken when we dove the Florida Keys Live Reef off of Key West.  We chose Fury Water Adventures Key West and we went out 30 mins ride. The reef is nice and it wasn't too many people so we had a fabulous time. Unlimited drinks coming back and we sat up with the captain both ways which makes for a beautiful view. No underwater pics but this layout will be wonderful to remind us to do this again!! Great day in Key West!

Layout Details: I used the Picket Fence Current of Fish Stencil with Agua Stickles on the left page and Lagoon on the right page. Gold Stickles were used around the edge of the 3x4 elements and the sign. As you may tell, the paper did ripple a bit with the mixed media "wetness" but looked gorgeous in person so really worth it to me, and it was fun.

Using papers from the Graphic 45 Nature's Sketchbook, I started fussy cutting and continued to go through 2 sheets and then found Beatriz Farquhar-Guzman's layouts on Pinterest. Tons of fussy cutting and pop dots. These pics were of our day spent at the Fort West Martello in Key West right on the ocean. Enjoy!

Graphic 45 Imagine the treasure inside Layout

Fussy cutting with scissors and EK Success craft knife, I used two sheets of the Graphic 45 Imagine paper. It became so addictive that I decided I just had to use it with these extra pics from our trip in 2017. Several layers of the cuttings were backed with 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" pop adhesive squares from 3L Scrapbook Adhesives. The cut butterfly is layered to be the tallest, and the flowers and blue ribbons even lower. Also, the large center was filled in with black cardstock, and the title was repositioned back in the place it was originally. Fussy cutting gets so addictive for me. I also added Ranger Walnut Stain Distress Ink with a blender on the edges to add some shading.
To complete the layout, I added Graphic 45 Enchanted note card due to the portrait direction and did my hidden journaling, "the treasure inside" bit, managing to tuck it directly behind the photo, and allow it to be pulled out to read. The seam binding was dyed to a blue to match the layout, and then artistically draped across the page so as to make it look naturally cascading around all of the elements. This added texture to all of the dimensions. Hope you enjoy it.

Graphic 45 Christmas Magic Advent Calendar

Instructions for putting the Wooden MDF Advent together: Using a 13x13 Kaisercraft "Beyond the Page" Advent Calendar I purchased a long time ago, I used scissors to cut apart the mdf wood pieces. The pieces were easy to assemble. One like this can still be bought on Amazon if you wanted to make on like it. Also, Button Farm Scrapbooking company has these papers and kit to make it as well. I used theirs as inspiration but since I owned the mdf advent as well as loved the Graphic 45 papers, I chose to make it myself. I used a red ink pad to ink the edges of each box so as to match with the papers.

                                                                       Centerpiece
All the numbers were apart of the kit and were painted white.
Using the red striped papers made it look cohesive in the center area.
Using the Graphic 45 Christmas Magic Collection, I assembled the boxes and centerpiece. Am in love with these papers and it was a joy to use as my decoration this Christmas! The project flew together without any trouble and I look forward to having this keepsake displayed every year!
